1. Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time with written notice. Fees for completed and in-progress work are payable up to the cancellation date.
2. Notice Period
A minimum notice of 15 days is required for fixed-scope engagements and 30 days for retainer or dedicated squad engagements.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Non-refundable items include discovery fees, third-party licenses and delivered milestones.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided.
5. Maintenance Cancellation
Maintenance plans require 30 days' notice. Prepaid credits expire at the end of the contract period.
