This refund policy applies to services delivered by Tompli IT Solution.
1. Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the client, refunds are calculated based on completed work at the time of cancellation. Any milestone that has been fully delivered is non-refundable.
2. Milestone Payments
Payments tied to completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. Payments for future, uncommenced milestones are refundable minus reasonable engagement costs.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
- Discovery and consulting fees.
- Third-party licenses, subscriptions, hosting and domain purchases.
- Design and creative work already delivered and approved.
4. Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions and retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
5. Hosting, Domains & Maintenance
Hosting fees, domain registrations and paid maintenance plans are strictly non-refundable once activated.
6. Custom Development
Refunds for custom development are pro-rated based on effort logged and deliverables completed at time of cancellation.
7. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
