1. Fixed Price Projects
Fixed price is offered for well-defined scopes. Any scope change follows a formal change-request process with an updated quote.
2. Hourly Billing
Hourly billing is used for iterative work. Effort is tracked, reported weekly and invoiced fortnightly or monthly.
3. Dedicated Resource
Dedicated developer engagements are billed monthly per role, with a minimum commitment of three months.
4. Monthly Retainers
Retainers include a fixed pool of hours per month, rolled over up to 20% into the next billing cycle.
5. Taxes & GST
Applicable GST is added for Indian clients. International clients receive tax-exempt invoices where applicable under export-of-service provisions.
6. Payment Schedule
Standard: 30% advance, remainder tied to milestones. Retainers billed at the start of each cycle.
7. Late Payment
Invoices unpaid beyond 15 days may attract 2% monthly interest and pause of active work.
8. Currency & International Payments
Invoices are issued in INR, USD, EUR or GBP. International wire, SWIFT and card payments are accepted.
9. Invoice Policy
Invoices are shared via email in PDF format with detailed line items. GST invoices are issued where applicable.
10. Price Revision
Rate cards may be revised annually. Existing engagements honor original rates until renewal.
11. Discounts
Discounts are available for annual retainers, multi-project commitments and non-profit organizations.
12. Enterprise Pricing
Enterprise engagements receive custom pricing based on scope, security requirements and SLA terms.
